Artificial intelligence is transforming business and society – how do we shape this change responsibly? Christian Henschel hosted an AI Literacy reading, filled with insights and lively discussions. Here is what it was all about:

🔹 Prof. Dr. Katja Nettesheim presented her new book "KI-Kompetenz" (AI Literacy) and emphasised: "Everyone can contribute to making the country more future-proof. A wave of AI literacy needs to sweep through Germany."
🔹 Niko Thielsch from Aleph Alpha highlighted the importance of independent European AI development: 'Made in Germany' must be strengthened to reduce dependency on major cloud providers.
🔹 Alexander Siebert, CEO of NENNA.AI, spoke about data privacy as a societal responsibility. The key question raised: Who has already used AI with sensitive data? At least half of the audience raised their hands. This shows that companies must establish clear guardrails. At the same time, the creative process for humans must not be lost – it is not only essential for good results but also a vital source of motivation in daily work.
📌 Key Takeaway: Companies must adopt AI strategically, treat data privacy as a core issue, and train their employees in AI literacy to remain competitive in the long run.
